CSR

The Connecting women in business (Co-WIB) program was created to drive Afrika Consultancy ‘s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) agenda through progressing equity inclusiveness.  This program provides an environment for female owned businesses in the Nordic region, Eastern and Southern African markets to connect, transfer industry and cultural knowledge and to invest or be invested in.

The objective is to progress the equity inclusiveness agenda through providing a platform which is a step to many progressive business avenues for women from the Nordic, Eastern and Southern African markets. In addition, to enhance the livelihood in communities hosting business operations.

Co-WIB also serves as a platform for young women from Eastern and Southern Africa aspiring to be business owners or interested in taking up strategic roles in the corporate world to be mentored.

As Afrika Consultancy we understand the significance of creating synergies for allyship and value addition and acknowledge that the success of the Co-WIB program is highly dependent on the partnerships we continue to forge. Women businesses and entities across industries that align with the Co-WlB program objectives are thus invited to come on board as sponsors, partners and / members. Together we will continue to build mutually beneficial strategic ties as we strive to become responsible corporate citizens.
