Mutinta holds a master’s degree in Business Administration, International from Edith Cowan University, Australia. Mutinta is a business leader with a wide-ranging experience of helping businesses and other organizations succeed with their strategy, operations, and implementation.
Her experience of investment appraisal and organisation design and management has been gained primarily in Zambia, Rwanda and South Africa. Mutinta currently serves as a director of GTD Group and is a member of the strategy team of Bekazulu Mining Limited.
Her experience and passion for capacity development has ushered her into the leadership and management development training space.
Mutinta is also a keen advocate for women and youth empowerment.
