Rebecca  Garande holds a BBA Degree from UNISA,  a multi-skilled and highly competent management professional with more than 15 years of sales & business administration skills, as well as 10 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience. With a passion for mentorship and leading entrepreneurs to start, build and grow their organisations in order to reach their ultimate potential, Rebecca has a proven success track record of extensive financial management experience, with a prominent reputation for exceeding the most challenging organisational goals and objectives.

As an entrepreneur, she has successfully headed two start-ups; as co-founder of LeeBex, a premium plus size fashion brand  and founder of FaveOnline, a trendy swimwear and clothing brand and Becca Consulting. Rebecca is also a Realtor at Keller Williams South Africa, she is passionate about property investment and the real estate industry as a whole.

Over and above helping people achieve their personal business goals, Rebecca is passionate about personal image transformation and seeing her clients look good and feel confident while pursuing their dreams. With a belief that an individual, regardless of their shape, size or age can have a personal look that makes them look incredible, she helps individuals find that style so they can feel self-assured and limitless.
